Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 2-4 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Conditions
Our products can only be returned or exchanged with a refund of the full purchase price if they have not been used and are returned complete including accessories. Products must be returned in their original packaging if reasonably possible.
The packing box must also be in good condition for refund of the full purchase price.
Warranty
We fully stand behind our products and do our best to deliver them to you in the best condition. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product breaks down due to transport or that something else is wrong with it, making you entitled to a warranty claim. You are legally obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty period of 1 year, we will take care of repair or replacement.
