Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. For example, if you’re in water that is 10°C, we recommend that you don’t stay in it for longer than 10 minutes.

Examples of temperature and time:

• 1°C = 1 minute immersion
• 3°C = 3 minutes immersion
• 5°C = 5 minutes immersion
• 10°C = 10 minutes immersion
